  6. You won't be able to copy it as such, but if you get ahold of some install discs/files you can use the licence key from them - the Windows one should be on the base of the laptop, the Office one should be available within the Control Panel.

Failing that, I might have a spare key...will have to have a rummage though.
  7. Cheers Lefty. I made a copy of the installation onto discs not long after I got the laptop so should have that somewhere.

Not really up on specs tho. Dya think it's worth replacing my old XP machine that has zillions of my pics and music collection on with this?
  8. I wonder how much that would need to be modded to become a bit of a gaming PC?
  9. If you can be bothered to transfer it all over, definitely. For the money it's a good machine. It's not going to win any awards but it'll do a job.
  10. The short answer - a lot. Depends if you've got the time and money to upgrade most of the components. If it was me I'd just buy something more gaming ready.
  11. Lefty, can you take a look at the PC Specs thread and see if the link I put up is worth it
  12. Maybe I should have gone for this instead - <a class="postlink" href="http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/3gb-msi-radeon-hd-7950-twin-frozr-far-cry-3-sleeping-dogs-bioshock-infinite-crysis-1468239" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/3gb-msi ... is-1468239</a>
